 Recent projects include:

Coaching a team of newly appointed managers of through a restructuring programme, involving individual and team coaching, enabling them to process changes and model new cultural values and impart them to their teams.

• Supervising a team of internal coaches on a career coaching programme and inputting on organisational learning.
• Delivering a ‘Leader as Coach’ programme via The OCM to a high street bank undergoing significant cultural change, and delivering coaching to their regional managers to support them in leading in a
  coaching style.
• Coaching senior managers within a fast growth IT firm to build their management and leadership skills, and embed organisational learning opportunities within and across teams.
• Delivering supervision skills training to youth mentoring charity to enable them to role model best practice within their sector and become a centre of excellence, and facilitating stakeholder
  meetings to support the organisation to build vision and direction for the next 3 years.
• Designing and delivering ‘Coach as Supervisor’ programme via The OCM, to support internal coaches needing to supervise the coaching practice of their colleagues.
